Hoje, pela última vez entrei no restaurante e fiz o meu pedido para take away.
O restaurante não estava cheio e foi-me dito que o meu pedido levaria 15 a 20 minutos para estar pronto.
Ao fim de 45 minutos de espera, o empregado ao ver a minha cara de frustração disse-me que o pedido estava quase pronto.
Quando lhe perguntei ironicamente se o pedido já estava no forno, respondeu que ainda não, e que estavam a começar a fazer !..
Num restaurante com take away, para que o serviço funcione, os pedidos para fora devem ser confeccionados em simultâneo com os pedidos da sala. É lógico que se houver muito movimento há constrangimentos na fluidez do serviço, mas não foi o caso de hoje.
Deixo esta avaliação porque não é a primeira vez que isto me aconteceu, inclusive com um pedido feito por telefone onde me indicaram que a minha encomenda estaria pronto em 20 minutos, e quando chego ao restaurante tenho de esperar mais 25 para que me seja entregue.
Aos responsáveis do restaurante, vejam esta avaliação como uma crítica construtiva.

The food is good quality, the service is worse than terrible. It's a complete lack of organization and management. Today, for the last time, I entered the restaurant and placed my takeout order. The restaurant wasn't busy, and I was told my order would take 15 to 20 minutes to be ready. After a 45-minute wait, the waiter, seeing my frustrated expression, told me the order was almost ready. When I sarcastically asked him if the order was in the oven yet, he replied that it wasn't yet, and that they were just starting to make it! In a takeout restaurant, for the service to work, takeout orders must be prepared simultaneously with those in the dining room. Of course, if there's a lot of traffic, there are constraints on the flow of service, but that wasn't the case today. I'm leaving this review because this isn't the first time this has happened to me. I even received a phone order where I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, and when I arrived at the restaurant, I had to wait another 25 minutes for it to be delivered. To the restaurant managers, please consider this review as constructive criticism. Your restaurant has potential due to the quality of the food, but it has a serious problem with your organization and approach.
